Your health data is sensitive. This Privacy Policy explains what Vitryn collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Vitryn you agree to this policy.

What We Collect

• Account information: name, email address, and password (stored hashed).
• Health profile you provide: age, sex, height, weight, conditions, medications, supplements, bloodwork values, goals, diet preferences, and activity level.
• Generated content: protocols, meal plans, workouts, journal entries, and check-ins you create or save.
• Usage data: basic technical logs (IP, device, browser, timestamps) needed to operate and secure the service.
• Feedback you submit: messages, screenshots, and attachments you choose to send us.

What We Do With It

• Operate the app and generate your personalized protocols.
• Save your profile so you can return to it across sessions and devices.
• Improve safety screening, accuracy, and product features.
• Send transactional emails (account, security, founder updates you opt into).
• Respond to support requests and feedback.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not sell or share your health data with advertisers.
• We do not use your health data to train third-party AI models for purposes unrelated to delivering your protocols.

AI Processing

To generate protocols, your inputs may be sent to AI providers via secure server-to-server APIs. We send the minimum information needed and do not include your name, email, or account identifiers in those requests.

Storage and Security

Your data is stored in a managed cloud database with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted by row-level security so only your account can read your records. No system is 100% secure; we work to reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

You can view, update, export, or delete your health profile and protocols from inside the app, or by emailing consult@plousiosgrp.com. Depending on where you live (e.g. EU/UK GDPR, California CCPA) you may have additional rights including access, correction, deletion, portability, and the right to object.

Data Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account we remove your personal records within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. tax/billing records).

Children

Vitryn is not directed to children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

International Use

Vitryn is operated from servers that may be located outside your country. By using the app you consent to your data being processed in those jurisdictions.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
